I have posted the emails on Yelp about this law. Firm, my husband set up in an appointment with this law. Firm several days before it was time to meet on the same day. That it was time to meet. We got an email that said our appointment was canceled because we are not something that they deal with. They never even got the full story. They never even got anything this law. Firm literally canceled our appointment after contacting us twice, reminding me Us of our appointment today.We received an email saying our case was something that they didn't take. Without even speaking with me. One thing I am tired of these law.Firms lying to people and saying is that they only take cases in their area.This law firm told me I should call attorney's in my area. This should show you how bright these people are or not bright. There are attorneys who take cases and California Arizona. People take cases all the time because there's zoom. There is all kind of internet videos, so they literally sent me an email. Telling me the details of my case is something that they don't take, but they didn't even talk with me about my details. I can't believe they canceled my appointment. The law Firm canceled my appointment...

So... my mom was dismissed from a hospital not too long ago, for no good reason. To help my mom, I have been trying to find attorneys and came across this place, and gave them a chance. What a great big mistake that was! How low can you be to cancel a VICTIM'S appointment, after they told you they were dismissed from the hospital/help, and you are supposed to be helping as well? What was the reasoning for the cancellation? No reason --that's right, people. This law firm is so unprofessional; they couldn't even provide a reason to cancel, and actually canceled on the day of the appointment. Overall, this is just another law firm that has a vicious cycle of putting up fake good reviews so they can then string along victims and disrespecting victims that's been through a lot. Honestly, I don't even think these are real attorneys think it's all a fake website fake reviews both me and my wife tried to set an appointment up for a free consultation given the descriptions on their website. They were the perfect fit and then all the sun when you're about to have your appointment your phone call. They canceled it and say that they can't help you that given the description they can't help you they won't even talk to you hence why I feel this is not a real law firm. I believe it's just someone else to scam you. And don't waste your time with this law firm they won't even talk to you when someone's out there trying to get help just like any other attorney they talk to you. They hear what you have to say. They'll let you know if they can or can't help you, and if they can't, they give you referrals these people they could care less don't believe their reviews

I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon about trademark law and applications, it was a fantastic experience. The previous lawyer I tried working with had a $97 charge for a 15 min consultation, and I'm glad I skipped that one entirely. Brandon explained everything in a way that I could digest and understand while having the customer service skills to allow me to ask clarifying questions and still get me to understand. He was professional, helpful and I highly recommend contacting him.

I reached out to this firm for help filing a claim for my dad. Initially, things seemed promising--Attorney Nathan showed strong interest, and we felt hopeful working with a Veteran-owned firm. We asked for a few simple revisions to the retainer before signing, but after that, communication stopped. A paralegal named Kelly later contacted us to start gathering info, even though we hadn't signed anything. When I brought that up, he said he'd follow up with Nathan. Kelly also asked me to review all our submitted documents and provide him with key info to "move things along"--something I felt wasn't my responsibility as a client, but I did it to help my dad. Weeks later, we were told the original retainer was incorrect and a new one would be sent. It never was. I followed up multiple times but received no meaningful response. Eventually, we got case documents to review from Kelly, but they were missing info and included errors --seemingly based only on info from the page numbers I provided. I submitted a request for corrections and asked clarifying questions, and we told them to use their best judgment from there. After another delay, we were suddenly told by Kelly that he couldn't find a way to incorporate any of the changes requested into his draft and that they were now no longer able to continue with our case. Essentially, blaming us for not signing a corrected retainer that they never actually sent. This was a frustrating experience that included poor communication, unprofessional handling of the retainer, and asking me to do paralegal-level work. It wasted time we could've spent finding real support and made an already difficult situation worse for my dad.
