The "Strong Arm" is the secretary . The secretary said she is negotiating the settlement . Wow !! When I finally got to talk to the "lawyer" he stated , "she knows more about the case than I do" . So this "strong arm" is the secretary . I wanted to take this case to court but was told it's not worth it . If I had to do it all over again I would not go to Frank Azar since they appear not to fight any cases in court but just have their secretary ("claim adjuster") negotiate with the insurance companies . Still waiting for a return call after 5 days . To important for US ! Greasy lawyers / Ambulance chasers ! You will do much better finding someone else , someone that will go to court if necessary !!
