Michele was fantastic. She listened and ensured she understood every detail I explained to her about my rental property issues. She gave advice and then offered services if the issue went beyond what she suggested I do to handle the situation. She was quite supportive and helpful. I had an initial consult with Todd Weaver, a lawyer at Robinson & Henry. The consult was free. Todd was very helpful in advising me of my options. He included options that would not result in me hiring him, and let me know the steps I could follow that would enable me not to hire him. He also covered the steps that would be involved if I did hire him, along with the specifics of the cost of a retainer. He commented that my case seemed straightforward, but was careful to note that if things changed unexpectedly, the cost of the case could rise. I left the conversation feeling more informed generally about my situation and liability, with a clear sense of how I would proceed. I will say that I am lucky enough to be able to afford a lawyer. If money were very tight, I would likely be concerned about the cost. However, I think most people understand that lawyers are expensive because of the expertise they offer, which is so important in legal situations. I felt Todd and his team would represent me well, making that expenditure acceptable.

The man who gave me the consultation was very Courteous with the way he spoke, he didn't even mind that I was at work during our consultation.
