Pollart Miller LLC, was an absolute pleasure to work with while I had Denise retained... Denise Gonzales is an amazing attorney - the best investment of my life so far. She aided in finally putting a stop the misconduct the other parent had been practicing for over 10 years (and 4 different lawyers on this case before her). She kept calm, but was also urgent when needed. Her and her paralegal worked hard for me and my family. Denise respected when I set boundaries for monthly budgets; keeping the time limited when I was on a tighter budget, and was able to go full-force-super-lawyer when we needed and could afford it. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of our long family legal battle; knowledgeable with the laws which best suited my case, knowledgeable with the officers of the court appointed to our case, knowledgeable about what was best for my children, while always allowing me to make the final decision on what stayed and what could be left out, which could be challenging in such an emotional situation. Denise was also very respectful and absolutely perfect in court... If you want someone who can handle an extremely difficult and tenacious legal battle, I'm sure Denise can handle it. She helped save my family from years more of legal fights... She was also just a pleasant and down to earth person and mother who I came to like a lot... I am eternally grateful for Denise.

I hired Denise Gonzales for a very difficult post divorce situation. I had worked with two family law firms prior to hiring Denise and neither were a match for my ex and his attorney, and then came Denise! WOW! I needed a good litigator, I got that and so much more. She is very experienced and her litigation skills is what impressed me the most. Blew me away, is more like it. She has a natural ability to litigate, she is highly tenacious, and the courtroom is her domain. I imagine my ex took one look at the girls table, thinking they would walk all over us. Denise had total control, by the time she finished her cross examination, my husbands lies and dishonesty were exposed. Prior to our hearing, Denise was very persistent in obtaining full discovery. This was very challenging as both my ex and his attorney pulled every game in the book to hamper the process. During my divorce, my ex submitted boxes of trash, thousands of receipts, with little discovery, my divorce attorney at the time went through all the boxes and charged me; Denise on the other hand took pictures of the state of his discovery, entered the photos as evidence and got my legal fees reimbursed. Denise not only obtained everything BUT found documents that were doctored (redacted). My case was very difficult and subsequently costly but Denise fought to get my ex to pay ALL my attorney fees (including all legal support) and prevailed. I also prevailed in both post divorce motions that we filed to the court. I am so thankful that Denise was my attorney. To the reader of this review: please note; I have worked with many attorneys over the course of 8 years of pure hell, I had two family law firms(5 attorneys in all), a criminal defense attorney, a tax attorney, and a probate attorney-ALL hired as defense from the antics of my ex husband. Denise did what none of the other family law attorneys could do-WIN and finally end it!

This 5-star review is primarily because of Denise Gonzales and, any firm that is smart enough to get and keep her, also deserves high praise. Denise represented me in a very messy and complicated divorce. She was sympathetic, tireless, human, and laser-focused. She found things that my ex worked very hard to hide. She worked skillfully and quickly; her brain is amazing. She has such a grasp and keen understanding of law that she knows exactly how to represent her clients and ensure their best interests. She is astounding in the courtroom, commanding respect and tenaciously going after fact and truth, all while maintaining class and diplomacy. She is a whole thinker and strategist, has a great sense of humor, is genuine, a straight-shooter, and a genius in her profession. I have called her on a few post-divorce issues and she always makes time for me and offers fabulous guidance. There is no one better.

Amanda Musselwhite was an amazing attorney. We interviewed literally 100s of lawyers before we agree to go with her. Our case was a 1 in a million chance, literally less than a 1% chance of winning. With her drive, determination, and dedication she was able to secure us custody of our beloved niece.

I was robbed out of money for two motions that I could have done myself for only three hundred dollars. Had no representation when I went court cause they withdrew from the case. They charged me for unessesary emails at three hundred dollars an hour. All I wanted was a custody hearing which took six months just to get a court date. The motion that were written were worded like student in high school and obviously took not even an hour with no research behind it which I was charged for. I was promised things would be taken of by this firm and I am truly hurt by this cause all I want is time with my children. I don't have money to hire another attorney and I'm finishing my own case now. When I first met with an attorney there and I told her my story she cried. Later she turned into a totally different person who showed no emotions just wanting money.
