This law office and Phillip Jones in particular are by far one of the most incompetent, negligent and unprofessional businesses I've ever come across. He has had 3 weeks to turn in 1 piece of paper and has since went rogue, the lady that answers the phone consistently says he's either on a phone call or out of the office. I've sent him email after email to no response, and have left my phone number time and time again. If you are looking for an attorney that will not only treat you good, but a front office that will actually get anything across. I would highly and strongly recommend sourcing a different office.

Crooks. Mr. Jones is an affiliate of upright law which is a scamming law ofc. They are incompetent. They dont do their due diligence during initial consultation. I was advised NOT to file, AFTER they took my money and there was no way for me to get it back. Buyer Beware

Thieves and scam artist and fraud Took full payment never completed bankruptcy sent me someone else's paper work when I had to beg to get it started after 3 months of being paid in full I'll never get my payment back, now Phil Jones want my current pay stubs to get started on my bankruptcy after another 2 months of bugging him about when will he file my bankruptcy!! Phil Jones your a bad person !! Lied to me and said 30 days from payment in full the bankruptcy would be filed , your a fraud !!

They call back quickly and are great at their job.
