I hired Amy to help me with my custody case. She was very thorough with her work, and stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on. As we all know, court is a very intimidating and a very stressful thing to go through and Amy took all of the stress off of me and handled it well. She is amazing in the court room and knows the law. Her paralegal Josie gets back to you very fast, is very nice and professional. If you want professional representation I highly recommend Amy Hand.

I hired this lawfirm over a restraining order. My lawyer never made an attempt to contact me until I had reached out, the first time I called them and waited a day and no response then I emailed them the following day to get a phone call finally 3 days before court. Then the lawyer called the day before court wanting to meet 15 minutes before the case only to show up 7 minutes late to briefly go over a game plan with me. Very sloppy and unprofessional Edit after receiving a reimbursement check they also charge you way to much for the little "service" provided. $487.55 for a less than a 15 minute phone call that as previously stated I had to force since they refused to contact me

I have worked with Mark twice over the past four years, both times for the same continued custody case. Mark Hand, his paralegal, and all of his front office staff are excellent. Mark is tough and knowledgeable, and always honest and fair. Mark doesn't waste your time or money, he also doesn't get involved in petty or dirty antics in or out of court. I knew what to expect as potential outcomes, the negatives and positives. The office staff knew me by name and also cared enough to know my family and how they were all doing.
