If I could rate a zero I would. The way this office handled my friend's cases was horrible. They ignored him. Denied being the attorney of record up to the date of the hearing. Often he felt like they were working for his soon to be ex-wife. Lost documents. He had to send documents multiple times to his attorney. As many as 5 times for some. Missed deadlines. Forgot important documentation that had to be rushed through to please the Magistrate. His attorney had to apologize to the court multiple times for forgetting documentation. Then when he changed to a different attorney, they charged the new attorney's office for documents and then didn't send all the documents. New office basically had to start from scratch and billed him for the documents. They didn't like that he wanted them to actually work for him and answer his call in a timely manner. This is a trying time in his life and they acted like it was just another day.
