I hired Erik and his team after I got a DUI. I paid him a large chunk of change, for him not to show up to my first court appearance. I had to stand in front of a judge as he asked me where my lawyer was. I was absolutely mortified. When I was in contact with the office, I was dismissed multiple occasions by John. I do not recommend this law office, as you cannot be sure they will appear at court. I am appalled they could take my money without ever given me any services other than a consultation. Word to the wise, Erik's personal office is a disaster with papers and things stacked in every corner. That should have been all the warning I needed.
