After an injury at work, I was tossed around by my company and the workers comp doctor. The doc refused to give me restrictions, despite the fact that they also said my injury required surgery and I couldn't perform the duties of my job. Of course the workers comp place refused to work with me and would not pay me even though my job couldn't accommodate me. Luckily workers comp paid for the surgery but while I was recovering I had no income.
