We hired a flooring company who did an unreasonably poor, (and dangerous), install at a commercial property I'm associated with. Melissa was very upfront with my team about our options to recoup our financial loss, the legal costs we'd incur with either option, and steps we could complete on our own to speed up the process and save some legal fees. Melissa even did us a solid and combined a trip she needed to take to northern Colorado with a visit to our property in Fort Collins to save us on some legal fees. This was a painful process because we shouldn't have had to go through it in the first place, but Melissa made it as easy as possible. We're very thankful for her patience, guidance and expertise.

Highly don't recommend this firm at all! I was left feeling that the finical outcome favored the firm more than the client. The lawyers made almost double the amount I got! I feel as though Melissa and Mark were unwilling to lower their fees or even make any type of effort to get me (the client) more money. Please do research on who you hire because if I could go back I would! Guess that's why lawyers have such bad names. Melissa stated when offered the settlement on the amount I would receive; I received less than 1/2 of what she told me. Don't get screwed over like I did!
