Update for the owner: Okay, then please stop calling my phone about your services. I've received 4 calls from your firm since Monday, and I have already made it very clear that I am not interested in working with your law firm. -- This review is only regarding this law firm's intake process. I have not retained these attorneys for my case. I provided details to the intake representative over the phone and was told that they would be able to represent me for my case, but that before speaking with an attorney I would have to sign documents retaining them, agreeing to their fees, etc. I was told that this is just how they do it. I stated that I would have to think about it further before signing, because this feels impersonal and as if you are just a number to the attorneys. Also, I have not even gathered any information from the attorney specifically or built rapport, so how am I supposed to sign these documents before any of that happens? This is a suggestion to possibly change your intake process, because this did not feel comfortable to me and I have not experienced this with any other law firm. Red flag. Typically, lawyers review the intake information and, if it is a case they can take, they speak with the client prior to document signing. The intake representative, Serena, was friendly and professional, which is the only reason for 2 stars.

The intake worker who got me started was very nice and extremely professional. I could understand everything She said and She was very compassionate about my situation. I was then transferred to Cesar and He let me speak without interrupting me and he wasn't treating me like I was "Just" another case( even though I am.) He was personable and non judgemental and he was just a cool dude. Cesar listened very intently to everything I said and even responded appropriately. Thank You very much for your help and kindness Cesar. I look forward to having Morgan & Morgan win my case for me and I WOULD/WILL 100% recommend Morgan & Morgan to everyone I know. THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE AT MORGAN& MORGAN...!!!

I want to give a good rating, because in the end of it all, there is alot of things to consider here. The only thing that I would say as advice to people, you have to be patient. There is a heavy workload that is dumped on alot of people working here for you, when you are this big of a company, being able to cover down everybody is hard to do. I would like to throw some agnoligment out to one particular person, Maryanne Vlagakos in Fort Myres Florida, who helped me actually realize that. She knows what I'm talking about, and thank you.

I'm not okay right now. I have mental health issues that make it challenging for me to communicate and advocate for myself. Despite these challenges and me literally having a panic attack during a call with Morgan & Morgan, they were always as helpful as they could be. They took my SSDI case, making them one of the few who have stood up for me. It's a good day.

It seems the people who initiate the intake are from out of state with bad phone service, and if you don't match the exact criteria within their questions the case cannot be taken. It seemed very odd and impersonal. The person kept referring to my FAMLI LOA as FMLA and I believe they didn't escalate the intake process because of this confusion.
