I had a very mediocre experience here. Case took over 15 months. There was so much disconnect between them and the insurance companies. The case was stalled for 4 months with them not being able to get my medical info. Not to mention I was never reimbursed the full amount for rental reimbursements and they did not work with the insurance companies on getting the amount lost. I recommend looking elsewhere at a smaller organization and not a Nationwide one. After closing the case I got a bad taste in my mouth that they really do not care.
