I want to start out by saying, I never write reviews because nothing ever gets resolved. I am doing it this time because I want to let people know what I went through, it may help at least one person. I wanted to share my experience with Enten law firm. This was the first time I reached out to a lawyer to help with a situation. I have never filed for a workman's comp claim so I thought I would get a lawyer, just to make sure I was doing everything right and not get take advantage of. I found Enten Law Firm and here is why I am giving them 1 Star. The company I worked for took the blame from the get go, so most of the work that needed to be done was for the settlement part. During this ordeal, I only expected a monthly check-in, maybe some progress updates. However, I had to be the one to reach out first almost every single time. The thing that aggravated me the most is that I asked the office to hold the check so I could pick it up. That didn't happen and no one told me until I called in to see if I was able to come pick up the check. Then again I was told that when the final settlement came in I would get a call to come pick up the check. This again did not happen I had to call yet again just to find out that my final check was sent out via regular mail with no tracking. All I get was, I am sorry this happened. One mistake I can understand but multiple times in unforgivable for a supposedly well respected law firm.
