About a year and half ago I had a bad ski accident that resulted into a hefty knee surgery. Because of the circumstances of the ski accident that into knee surgery I decided to file a lawsuit. I contacted Chalat, Hatten, & Banker after a collision with an out-of-control skier left me injured. The accident resulted in multiple broken bones requiring three surgeries to repair.
