I'm so pleased with my choice of Bourassa Law Group! Stephanie, my intake specialist, was so attentive to my needs. My questions were answered immediately and my concerns about my situation were quickly put in very clear prospectives for me. I initially felt overwhelmed when I contacted the Law firm but to my surprise I was smoothly led to completing the uploads of my information and a decision was made for representation. Stephanie was so helpful and I couldn't have done some things without her calm guidance. Jen Fornety is a prompt and uplifting professional. It was so easy for me to communicate with her my expectations and those were definitely met with Juanita as my case worker joining in the group to assist me. I worked with four different lawyers over the course of 9 months because they kept leaving. The final lawyer didn't even speak to me about my case details or the discovery we had sent out to the opposing council and told me to settle for their first offer, which I did, partially just to be done with this group. They didn't review with me the paperwork, just told me to sign. They received my settlement and haven't sent it to me because someone has been out of office for weeks.
