Where do I start? Working with Shimon has been one of the most grounding and supportive experiences I've ever had with an attorney. Incompetent, heartless, and irresponsible. Do not waste your money. My lawyer left the firm half way through the case then I had Erica Bertini whose poor bedside manner was only matched by her heartlessness and incompetence. The firm also doesn't use a management program so I was overcharged for calls, repetitive and unnecessary work. Also, if you have coercive control as a form of domestic violence in your case, steer clear. This firm has no idea how to represent you and will steer you away from it in your case. All you will hear is the trust needs to be paid. I requested a subpoena be issued in my case 2 months prior to my court date, because I was behind in my trust they refused to do the work, finally issued it, did it incorrectly so it was rejected, which resulted in there being no time to get it, a key piece of evidence in my case. I had an absolutely awful experience, so don't believe the reviews, these people do not care about what you are going through or care about your outcome, they just want you to keep the trust filled. They do not care about your children or the trauma happening or caused by your ex partner.

Rachel is amazing to deal with. Family law is some of the most stressful moments in your life, and from start to finish she always made me feel grounded. She was very well versed and very knowledgeable and this all transitioned to the hearing. Knew exactly how and when to apply the appropriate pressure.
