Had a consultation with attorney Boyd in real estate and it was very productive and informative. He was very knowledgeable with Colorado tenant/landlord laws and also wasn't pushy. He empathized going over the damages looking to be recouped and the attorney fees weighing the cost. He also mentioned if we don't need him now he is always available to us in the future. I understand why they've been in business for 35+ years. They do honest and good work.

Updating my review: I posted a negative review due to miscommunication and a mistake. I posted it while I was still pretty upset because as anyone who needs a lawyer knows, it is stressful. Which is no excuse for being quick to judge. The company quickly addressed the situation. They scheduled me the next day at the earliest time that worked for me. They were so kind during the phone call to make things right. This company has shown me that they truly care about their customers. And I look forward to working with them during this time.

I was only there as a visiting vendor employee. Being 2 weeks to Christmas youd think the atmosphere would be warm. Unfortunately the 3 employees I seen no one greeted me they looked down as if I was not worthy to interact with. The door requires being buzzed in. The front desk staff seemed troubled to be bothered and although my hands were full with items they ordered her response was ok come in. I hope they treat clients and staff better than third party vendors they request help from. Happy Holidays to your office.
