Austin was my attorney for my divorce. He was actually the second attorney I had due to my first attorney I hired was awful. Austin was a night and day difference from my first one. He was great at communication, explained our plan well and ensured it aligned with my desired end state. He was extremely professional and was very helpful during such a hard time in my life. I highly recommend Austin if you unfortunately have to go through this process. Having a good attorney who really wants to help you and who is not trying to take your money is key. Hopefully I never have to go through this again, but if I do, Austin is the attorney I would call.

Worse experience ever causing me to throw in the towel with my custody hearing. Lawyer promised me in the very beginning that it would be no more than $3500 to complete my entire case including going to court a few times. I did nothing but paralegal work and never even showed up to court once. Me and my ex did our parenting plan together without my lawyer in complete 100% agreement. The one phone call with the court system she had she didn't even show up till 15 minutes late. The clerks exact words was "I have no idea how to proceed we've never had this happen before" My ex's lawyer did all of the filing as well. They even would call me to pretend to be concerned before we had papers ever even filed to tell me they where so very concerned with my high-risk pregnancy since I was in the hospital. They were charge me for every phone call and email they would make. They nickel and dimed me every single month knowing they weren't even doing anything. By the time the court papers were actually filed they had burned through over half of my deposit. After I talk to them numerous times and ask them to make the bleeding of my accounts stop begging them and sitting with them to stop overcharging me they promised me that it wouldn't cost any more money as long as me and my ex didn't have any problems which we didn't. They still charge me another $500 for a total of four emails. Stay clear and find a decent lawyer you actually want to win your case and not spend $20,000. I unfortunately don't have what I had done by a paralegal done for $350. I paid 4000. Fully intend on going to the bar and the Better Business Bureau!
