My disability case took 7 years and had to go to the federal circuit to get approved. Because of this, she was entitled to 20%. She did fight for me and she did win--in total, it took her 40 hours, and she took $20,000. This wasn't a wrongful death lawsuit worth millions; I'm a disabled person who can't work, and she took almost 2 years of my salary for 40 hours of work. I find it immoral to do that to someone, especially when I was stuck in a hard place--I was at the end of the line with no other option. I'm fine with anything around $7,000 for something like that; I think that would be fair. I did win, but just beware: if your disability case goes beyond Social Security and to the federal circuit, she will take 20%.

We have seven documented lies from this place. I was sticking up for my fiance who has an IQ of 52. This office repeatedly didn't submit documents to Social security, then lied and said they did on a 3 day deadline to submit. I complained about it. Frustrated, but never swore. Diana lied and said her case wasn't even in review yet to cover her up for her staff, who she doesn't have the guts to reprimand, and since we threatened to make a complaint with the bar association, Diane said because I swore, which I swear on my life I didn't, she couldn't represent her anymore. She has the backbone of a salamander. Stay away from this place at all costs. They lie and we have proof; which we are submitting to the bar association. All our calls were recorded so we have proof that nobody swore. This place is evil. How are disabled people suppose to count on liars? They almost single handedly ruined her appeal.
