I have had many court dealings and have had to work with many attorneys throughout my life. Scott Anderson was, without a doubt, the best and most caring attorney I have EVER worked with. I highly recommend this law firm. Scott was very clear. He spoke with simple and clear language. He was helpful, and most of all caring. I was going through one of the most wretchedly emotional periods of my life because every aspect of my life had been changed forever following my accident, and had it not been for Scott, this would have been exponentially more painful. He treated me as a fellow human - which is rare these days. For the people complaining that their cases took too long - that has nothing to do with the attorney! Complain about the court system, not the attorney! My case took nearly 5 years, and I have been involved in other cases that have been ongoing for over a decade - this is normal in our society! I, on the other hand, am eternally grateful for the kindness and intelligence of the services I was provided by this law firm. They are a one-of-a-kind in the legal world. With all the good recs and being recommended by a friends, I honestly would not recommend this place at all. They warned of it taking a while initially which is fine but I did not expect to wait for a case to be resolved for almost THREE YEARS from my car accident! I've obtained a doctorate degree, gotten married all within this time. I'm sure Bob is great, but the same really cannot be said for his son, Scott and his assistant Deb. They have handled my case with no efficiency, no respect for being a working professional myself, or urgency. It seems I have to reach out constantly for updates for stuff that seems to have just been sitting around with replies of coincidental "perfect timing." I call, excuse my language, b.s. other places do NOT take this long to resolve. I'd maybe be a little happier if they dropped the percentage the lawyer takes due to the neglect of handling my case with very little efficiency and professionalism. They did apologize once for forgetting about sending me something to fill out that should've been sent at start of case over 2 years ago but It seems they have taken on way too many cases for them to handle or they just really honestly don't know what they're doing with no sense of urgency. You're honestly better off avoiding the place and going to earl and earl or another firm that takes no more than a year (which is expected) to resolve cases. Do not recommend. It's been more of a headache than the car accident itself.

Bob Anderson has been incredible since the moment I met him back in 2021 when I was rear ended at a red light, my son was also in the car and had I not taken my mothers advice to seek legal counsel I know I would have been left in a huge bind with the pain and injury both myself and son sustained. He's always gotten back to me in a timely manner, he has answered all my concerns and questions, both him and his assistant at the time Jackie. I know she has retired since and I'm still in contact with her replacement who has been just as helpful (laura) in keeping me informed about my sons ongoing case. Mine was resolved and we are still working to get my sons as well. I have to say Bob has been the best and seriously so kind, I never trusted lawyers and always thought negatively but Bob is someone i trust to fight for what's right and get the job done. He's amazing at what he does and couldn't be more happier than to brag about what a wonderful person he is. I also want to point out I moved from Colorado to Idaho while going through this legal process due to some unfortunate circumstances and then handling the passing of my mother at the same time and he still made it such a great experience for me even in another state. Thank you so much Bob you really did make this easier for a single mom during a hard time in my life. Truly, you're appreciated. I couldn't recommend Robert (Bob) Anderson more even if I tried!
