Recently I booked a free consultation. The phone conversation went very well. The lawyer, Kit Davlin, was professional, friendly, and my question was answered fully. Since it turns out I don't have any legal recourse, I won't be utilizing their services. However, it was a positive experience, so I would definitely consider contacting them in the future.

Unprofessional, Condescending, and Poorly Managed Probate Representation, if I could give a negative star review I would! Although I have not worked with Robinson & Henry, P.C. directly, my brother is the primary contact handling our parents' probate case with this firm and as a family member involved in the estate, I have witnessed firsthand the ongoing frustration and lack of professionalism from their team, particularly Elizabeth German! Despite my family paying significant amounts of money, the firm has provided inconsistent communication, unexpected billing, and condescending treatment toward my brother. They frequently charge for work without prior notice, only informing us of the charges afterward. When questioned, the explanations are vague or deflective. For example, my brother was quoted up to $4,500 over the phone to close the probate, only to receive an email two days later raising that amount to $6,500 with no clear reason for the $2,000 increase other than "it's up to you." That kind of answer from a law firm handling a sensitive family matter is unacceptable. When my brother asked for clarification or layman's explanations, Elizabeth German often spoke down to him and even laughed during serious discussions. This unprofessional behavior shows a complete lack of respect and empathy for clients navigating a difficult process. The firm also promised to follow up with written summaries and updates but repeatedly failed to do so until reminded. And to top it off, they charged $90 for a short email response regarding a tax question another example of nickel-and-diming without transparency. From my family's experience, Robinson & Henry, P.C. has shown poor communication, inconsistent billing practices, and an overall disregard for client respect. If you're looking for a probate attorney who communicates clearly, charges fairly, and treats clients with professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This counselor was thorough in giving me information and solidifying that I had a case if I chose to pursue it. I was provided information on all the pros and cons of moving forward or not.
