Michael was an incredible partner throughout the entire process. He thoughtfully addressed every question at our multiple meetings (last yesterday) we had and adjusted our estate plan as things evolved. I can't imagine a better experience !! Michael walked us through each step and explained the options, then he prepared documents that we were able to review at home. We sent him a few questions via email, which he quickly addressed. Then he sent us the final copies for review. Once we were satisfied with the final version, we went to his office for a highly organized signing session. He brought a great sense of humor to this serious subject. His vast experience is quite evident, because you can tell that he has thought through any questions that come up and has the answers or available options. 5 stars isn't really enough. We HIGHLY recommend him !!

When I asked whether a virtual meeting was possible (due to caring for a severely disabled family member) I was met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive response. I fully respect any in-person policy, but the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh. Even though I could have made an in-person meeting work, the interaction suggested that Michael might not be flexible with families facing complex or difficult situations. I'm looking for a little more understanding and grace. I actually cried after the call because this whole process is so hard and difficult as it is.
