This is the representation your ex wants you to hire! My ex got a HUGE bonus due to Dave Pigott. It was unfortunate, the divorce experience was already brutal so losing at every turn just added to the upset. Considering the fees added up to thousands, my attorney did not make sure that the contract we signed was clear, for example, which tied a large portion of divorce settlement (about 45%) so that my ex still controls it and collects dividends/interest on my money. EDIT 12/25: After this review, I now keep getting billed each month, even though I fired them.

I reached out to Hampton & Piggot LLP after seeing their strong reviews and spoke directly with Dave Pigott. I explained my situation in detail, and he asked me to send supporting documents, which I did. He said he would follow up next week, but I never heard back. After giving it additional time, I emailed for a status update and received no response. I later called his direct line, and he said he thought I was supposed to call him, then mentioned he was heading into a meeting and would call me right back -- but he never did. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and communication was very disappointing and came across as unprofessional.

If I could give Natalie Chase 10 stars, I would. I had a high conflict (DV and coercive control) post-decree modification that lasted just a little over 2 years. She kept me updated at every step, has sound billing and her time is meticulously accounted for. Once we got to trial, watching her cross examine the CFI and my ex husband was masterfully and expertly done. She has a great rapport with all of the attorneys my ex cycled through as well as the judges. Always polite and timely. Very communicative but an absolute master at trial. Her experience as a judge is an obvious tactical advantage and anyone questioning her past and ethics... you're doing yourself a disservice. She is brilliant, polite, courteous and doesn't waste your time. She's brilliant and her knowledge of the law was more on par than the judge hearing the case. She's knows case law, keeps up with new legislation, and seems to be always up to date on how the law has changed not just for me, but ALL of her clients. Simply put: you won't regret hiring her. She killed my case at trial and we won. We got everything we asked for and more.

Dave Pigott, (partner) lawyer is by far one of the most genuine, heart filled attorney I have ever spoken with. He is so knowledgeable, so kind, even works weekends. Dave helped me decide if I really did need to hire him. He could of easily taken my money, but didn't. Dave has such honesty and integrity. I even wanted to truly pay him for the free consultation because of his time and how wonderful he was but he absolutely refused. Should I ever need a family attorney, hands down, without a single doubt ,I would go with him I was blown away by how kind and wonderful he was .
