We had a very complex situation due to my divorce, and my mom having to file bankruptcy because of debts that were put into her name but never paid. David's impeccable professionalism, & impressive legal knowledge has helped me twice now in 2 legally difficult situations. The first one was an accident where I was not at fault, but the insurance was refusing to pay for my PT for the additional back & neck pain I began to experience several months after I was initially released by my physical therapist. Even though my back & neck pain was the exact same pain (& in the exact same areas) that I had been treated for (from the accident). The insurance company was insisting that my laps of time from pain after my PT made me 100% in eligible for any additional treatment. Not only did David get the insurance company to cover all of my additional treatments to fix my back & neck again, but he got me several thousands of additional dollars on top of it. David also helped me to adjust my insurance plan to cove me even better than before for very little additional money per month. He was (& is) amazing! In my other traffic case I was dealing with a Westminster DAs office who was insisting that because I had another ticket in the last 12 months, it was their policy to offer no plea-bargain at all. It was a 6 point ticket. Not only did David get them to admit that their 'no plea-bargain' policy was absurd & ridiculous, but he David actually got them to reduce the charges (even though they insisted they would never do that).
