He's a thief! He decided to take a job with the State of Colorado. Since being my attorney would have been a conflict of interest, he decided to drop me. When I asked for the remainder of my retainer, he said it was all gone. I never got a bill or printout letting me know how this money was used. I just 'happened' to have used all my retainer money when I requested the amount I hadn't used??? If this was the case, why didn't he let me know sooner? Also, he could have recommended some other attorneys but instead just left me high and dry with no attorney & nothing to show for it with $1500 gone. Warning: HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
