Lorena is an extraordinary physical therapist. After suffering for months she was able to quickly diagnose and treat my shoulder issues so that I could return to sports and normal day to day activities pain free. Lorena is not only extremely educated she is genuine and takes the time to be thorough making sure you understand the stretch and therapy necessary to get back on track! I came to Lorena with tricep tendonitis, elbow bursitis and ulnar nerve entrapment. I couldn't even push myself up from the floor or in bed, and had been out of my workout routine for 10 weeks due to the injury. In just about 4-5 sessions, I have now graduated from her occupational therapy and am back to all of my favorite yoga classes and activities pain free! She is incredibly knowledgeable and has been practicing her craft for over 15 years, and unlike other chiros/therapists I had tried, really understood that healing a nerve issue required PT that first shortened the nerve before flossing. She helped me to first go about my daily activities without pain, and then to build surrounding muscles to alleviate pressure on the injured areas of my arms and get back to 100%. Book with her, she is amazing!

Lorena is simply amazing! I went in after battling shoulder pain for 1.5 years as a result of a climbing injury. Lorena diagnosed the issue and we began the process of healing through intense PT, home exercises and dialing back my climbing activities until the injury subsided. After 4 months, my shoulder no longer hurt when I climbed, put on a shirt, or when I ran. I've been very pleased with her professionalism, her patience and her knowledge.
