As a 17 year old you often feel helpless when charged with a crime or when facing charges of any sort. I contacted Polansky law firm a day before my first court date, They responded immediately and were ready to jump into action fully committed to helping my cause. Allison is a young lawyer who was very committed and professional when dealing with my case. She answered any questions I had and was very easy to talk to and to get ahold of. Alison worked diligently and very hard for my case, and after a trial in which I felt hopeless, we got a non guilty verdict, which at the start seemed impossible. The DA in my case offered me a terrible deal which was a motive to pleading not guilty. The DA wanted to bully me as a 17 year old kid who typically just takes the blows and has no one on their side. Polansky law firm stood strong by my side and got me a not guilty verdict which changed the course of my life as a young adult going into my adult years all for the better. Despite being young Allison has excellent guidance in Lisa and the other lawyers which have years and years of experience at Polansky law. The only problems I faced with my case was just the unpredictability of the cost of using Polansky, It would be nice to have it more laid out and predictable so that I can have an expectation on what I'm going to have to pay. But ofcourse its reasonable as the court system can be very unpredictable and theres always stuff that comes up. Overall I am very happy with choosing Polansky law firm and the way they fought for my case. If it wasn't for them I would be at the mercy of the law and the courts for crimes I did not commit.

I had multiple lawyers tell me my case was a lost cause, that I could never re open and fight my charges after my case being closed for 4 years. CASE DISMISSED! The first thing I noticed when I hired the Polansky Law Firm was that they took my case as personally as I did. The last thing i noticed was that they had always put 100% into their fight for me, and never let up once. Though my case was shown interest by what seemed like the entire law firm, I was fortunate enough to retain Alison Gordon as my attorney at The Firm. Alison was always straightforward, kind, informative and quick to respond when we corresponded during the case. Alison pulled out all of the stops when it came to making citations, motions and going toe-to-toe with the DA. I never felt as though anything was "sugar coated", but then again, Alison was getting such good results, that she really didn't have to. The amount of legal work and attention to detail that was put into my defense seemed overwhelming to me, but Alison never missed a beat when it came to handling the particulars of my case. Criminal charges are a very stressful thing to fight and can take quite a while to see through, Polansky Law Firm understands this and always had an unbelievably empathetic and professional approach to the way they communicated with me from the beginning, to the end. This isn't even the best part about my experience with Polansky. It is clear that Lisa Polansky and her entire Law Firm became attorneys for one reason: to seek fair and just results from an often convoluted and nonsensical legal system. When I was having major financial issues resulting from COVID, Polansky Law Firm always believed in my case and went above and beyond to work with me financially so that I could take my case to trial. That being said, they still treated my case like It was the most important one on their desk, and it was just a misdemeanor. Thank you so much Polansky Law Firm for getting me my life back!!

10/10 recommend. Josiah went above and beyond for me. He worked his butt off and did the unthinkable within two months time. I was facing a prison sentence of 12-32 years. He managed to get the DA to agree to no jail and 3 years probation. What a relief it was! I'm super grateful for what Josiah and Lisa have done for me and would recommend them to any of my friends, family or strangers.
