I highly recommend checking out your local BAR website for a free consultation. Just Google your city/county and 'bar association '. They usually have a way of finding someone who will give you 20-hr of their time for free legal advice. If you like them then you can retain them. Most law firms want to spend 30min with a client to determine if it's worth their time, the client is credible etc..this firm wants money for that..I moved on I recommend you do the same.

I had a very prompt response time from the office to schedule my consultation call. They were very informative, from the man who to my initial information (Didn't catch name), to Leslie Shafer who was my legal consultant. Leslie was kind and very up front about any fees or payment as well as answered all of my questions and explained the process thoroughly.

I was very impressed by Burnham Law, and so thankful I retained them. I was up against a claim made against me that held no merit and was quickly dismissed from the case thanks to Laurel and team. What I appreciated most about them was that they were quick to respond, easy to speak with, and explained things well. I've never been sued before, nor had to spend time engaging with lawyers, so having a lawyer that took the time to explain what was going on and didn't treat me as less than, was wonderful.
