Charlotte Robinson at Alpine Fit has seriously changed my life for the better. For 6+ years, I was living with chronic low back pain, dx by 2 different orthos, due to DDD. 4 prior PTs and both orthos had all held the view that I would never be pain-free. I came to Charlotte looking for help with a pulled trapezius. After hearing my PT history, evaluating my full posterior chain, and a few initial sessions, she started to convince me that we could get to a pain-free daily life for my back if I was open to working with her on more than just my shoulder and willing to try some more advanced dry needling and musculoskeletal release techniques. I am so very glad that I decided to put trust in her optimistic outlook. Over the course of a few months, we were able to find and address a handful of knots and injuries that were contributing to my pain and release them to such a significant extent that I have been living nearly pain-free, daily, for 4 months. I can not thank her enough for restoring a pain-free outlook and a return to an active outdoor life that I had nearly given up on. Charlotte is easy and fun to talk to, compassionate and empathetic, has really deep PT knowledge, and excellent manual therapy skills. And as a bonus, working with her includes free canine therapy to boot from her wonderful sidekicks Moose and Burton.

I walked into Dr. Charlotte's office unable to walk up stairs without pain in my right hip, unable to run at all without pain, and I was unable to ride my bicycle efficiently. This was VERY unacceptable to my life style, not to mention the fact that my house has three flights of stairs. I signed up for the 15 sessions package hoping that at least I could get to a point where I could at least climb stairs without pain. I had never had cupping or dry needling done to me before, but in Dr. Charlotte's expert hands and elbows, I learned how valuable those physical therapy techniques are. I was walking up stairs without pain within the first few sessions. I gradually started a running program, and I am now running pain free which is really a minor miracle since I did not think that was possible since I turned 50. Lastly, Dr. Charlotte educated me on a bicycle stroke that would allow me to utilize my glut muscles in addition to my quad muscles so they did not get AS overworked and tight which would then pull on my hips . She has educated herself on many different sports (not just running and bicycling) and how to stay away from over use injuries in those sports. Lastly, Dr. Charlotte has taught me good exercises that should help my body stay balanced so that I can do all that I do as pain free as possible far into the future. I cannot recommend Alpine Fit enough.

I can't say enough great things about Alpine Fit. I came here, with persistent shoulder injuries that plagued me for years. I tried many things before I found Alpine. I tried time off from exercise & activity, home stretches & exercises, swimming, massages and a different PT group. Nothing could remedy my pain & limits. I had become concerned that the pain & limitations would only increase and would never go away. I feared that I would have to undergo surgery. I came to Alpine and saw Dr. Kyle and explained my pain & limitations as well as my fear that it would never be better. Dr. Kyle answered confidently that she felt this was something she could mend with education on what was happening inside my shoulder, consistent therapy and prescribed exercises at home. I'm happy to say that I have come from limited movement and a fearful outlook to a reality of great gains in strength! My strength is nearly back to normal and I'm once again confident and setting my sights on setting new PR's! The team at Alpine are easy to get along with as well as knowledgeable in their craft to help make the entire experience enjoyable as well as it is healing! Thank you so much Dr. Kyle and Dr. Lauren!

Dr Charlotte solved my knee pain when other PT's could not! Alpine Fit undoes muscle dysfunction and retrains muscles to work properly. What sets Alpine Fit apart from a regular PT is that they don't just prescribe exercises. Alpine Fit works in a 3-part rehabilitation progression where FIRST they work to release dysfunctional muscle patterns through in-office manual therapy such as cupping, scraping, dry needling, etc; SECOND they teach you to isolate and fire the proper muscles (it is wild when you feel what your muscles are actually supposed to be doing!); and THIRD they teach exercises to progressively load those proper muscles to they begin to work the right way automatically. I've been seeing Dr. Charlotte for about 2 months now, and haven't had knee pain return since about our second session. I got better quickly and am now working on some upper body issues. I highly recommend!

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Charolette Robinson at Alpine Fit. I came to her while training for my first marathon, feeling nervous and unsure if my body would hold up. From the very first session, she made me feel truly seen and cared for. She has such a gift for being both confident and knowledgeable, while also incredibly gentle and compassionate. She explained everything clearly, never rushing, and always making sure I understood and felt comfortable. What meant the most was how much she believed in me. Her encouragement gave me the confidence to keep going, even when things felt tough, and her gentle, thoughtful approach made each session something I looked forward to (even though the dry needling and cupping wasn't the most comfortable). She didn't just treat my injury--she gave me the tools, hope, and strength I needed to continue my training. Thanks to her guidance, I not only made it through my marathon training, but I gained a deeper trust in my body and in myself. I am so deeply grateful for her care and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking not just a skilled physical therapist, but a compassionate partner in healing and growth. TEN STARS!!!
