Use this Attorney at your own risk. Visited him after being denied for SSDI. He was very kind and seemed sure that I had a case. Promised me he would file the same day and that it might take 3-6 months to hear back from the appeal. I waited and tried to be patient as I understand everything SSA takes time. 4-5 months in I called SSA just to check on the appeal and I was told there was NO appeal to call the attorney. I called and discovered that not only was an appeal never filed, they had no record of me being a client of theirs at all! The only record they had was my initial appointment date nothing more. I am sick literally and metaphorically. I have to start over from the beginning now and lose any progress I had made which will delay everything. If you decide that you want to use this attorney, make sure you keep up with him and ensure that he has done everything that he claims he will do. I wish I had.
