In October 2012 our family was notified that our aunt was showing signs of confusion and disorientation. She lived alone, so our first steps were to place her in an assisted living home where her physical needs would be met. Mr. Ficara always displayed a sensitive and caring manner when addressing any issue with our aunt. All matters were handled in a highly satisfactory and professional manner.
