She met with me locally, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made the entire process simple by clearly explaining what documents I needed. After I submitted anything, she followed up with an updated list so I always knew where we were in the process. She was always available whenever I had questions. The office uses both email and text, which made communication incredibly easy. They also made themselves available via phone as well when we needed to chat.
