I was checking into a hotel when two police officers came up questioning me I was searched by the two police officers I had no weapons on me I did not do anything to the police officers I was not aggressive for this unwarranted attack I was going the opposite way one police officer tased me I fell to the ground and then both police officers started shooting at me with their guns two bullets went through my spine six bullets went past me while I was on the ground I was offered a settlement that I refused and was forced to take the settlement for 300,000 I wanted to take this to court my attorney Dale recommended settling the case I sent Dale a letter telling him I didn't want to settle and Dale said it's too late I have nightmares back pain my legs don't work very well I do not recommend Dale galpo and his staff I'm also going to turn this into the attorney general because I was not represented the way a real attorney would have represented me I feel like I was sold out somebody else wrote the same review about these attorneys look at the review he refers to these attorneys as chumps I have major anxiety now lots of pain I'm not able to walk very well because of the bullets that were repeatedly shot at me for no reason this seem like a very easy case to win I am not happy with the results and I do not recommend Dale or his staff this is a response to what Dale wrote on the website I hope you keep on with your treatment when I got shot I was airlifted to the hospital plus all my medical bills for a lot of money at least for a 500,000 I don't have any insurance so this was put on my credit I asked for the police to have to give me medical insurance as a part of the plea deal I was denied denied denied so when Dale says I hope you keep on with your treatment what treatment I have no insurance I was denied by Dale the people had to pay for this because I didn't have any money or any kind of insurance so I'm in lots of pain and I have pstd and I can barely walk and I have nightmares about these two police officers teasing me and shooting me and the bullets going through my spine two bullets six bullets in total so that's how Dale took care of me no insurance I thought that would be very important to have insurance or some kind of retirement money I'm glad Dale brought that up so Dale galpo really did not help take care of me look at Dale's response how Dale says I'm going to therapy what therapy Dale galpo I guess that's the going price for getting shot by the police I was given 600,000 and Dale took 300,000 so I only ended up with 300,000 and my medical bills were $600,000 at least so really I didn't get anything thanks for bringing that up Dale galpo I am 60 years old and I don't know what I'm going to do about my health from getting shot by the police I took a picture of this so that Dale will not change what he wrote up so everybody could see it at the bottom of his page everybody read it I was denied I was denied by Dale galipo yeah and that's how you take care of your clients I have been trying to get in touch with Dale he will not respond to me and I feel like I'm ghosted from him it was very important for medical treatment and I've had to spend my money for treatment if any treatment at all

Me Galipo's secretary or paralegal makes decisions without speaking to Mr Galipo and hangs up without looking at the evidence. I know too complicated and you think I'm not sure about the information. Ok the gun was supplied by an officer and that means the officer knew and allowed her to be killed but because it wasn't the officer himself Galipo is too afraid. Also because DOJ has not told the public yet? Well ok secretary or Mr Galipo thank you for the consultation that your website said you offer.... Pretty sure a consultation is with a lawyer?
