I would like to say Mr. Von Mizener represented me back in 1996 and I definitely was a very intelligent and also a very good attorney! So with that being said I was extremely pleased with his service and I was also told by several work comp attorney's that he is one of the best. Since 1996 it is unfortunate that I was injured again and currently have a spinal cord implant and my attorney has since retired so I am looking forward to hopefully having Mr.Von Mizener represent me once more!

LAZY! I can not recommend this Lawyer, all he does is take the side of the worker's comp. He will not fight for you, even when the Dr. and the QME were agreeing with me That I needed treatments that the worker's comp kept denying. They couldn't understand why they were denying the treatments. The Lawyer would do nothing....Just take the side of the workers comp...WHAT A JOKE!! and the Ladies in the office are a joke too..Every time I needed some advice, they gave me the wrong answer or just bad advice. All they did was take the side of the worker's comp and wouldn't listen to what I was asking them. case in point, I was asking about an appeal that was over 6month old for injections for my knee. The lady kept referring to some medications that were denied and the appeal to the meds. I kept telling her not that appeal, the one for my knee...she kept arguing with me and not listening to me...It was ridiculous...to find out that none of the appeals were turned in on time and were all denied. I got the Dr to file another appeal..it's been 6 months and still nothing. THE LAWYER is LAZY. Oh when we went to trial, he said the Lawyers yelled at him and he took the lowest offer they gave him and told me that the Judge sets the amount that's all you can get.

if there were a way of not giving a star or perhaps negative stars,this place & especially the staff deserve it.rude,impolite & generally disrespectful bunch of lazy people.once you chose this ofv,you're stuck with them.changing lawyers,which i tried really hard to do after being jerked around by his staff & all the forgetful contradictory conversations,follow ups & poor handling of my case,i was done!now 2 months of trying to get copies of my case & all the usual pushing & persistence that needs to be done just to get his staff to get up off their lazy butts & complete something I'm told that my files were destroyed.waste of money to allow this lawyer or his staff go anywhere near your case.

Only interested in how much ever money they can make. Don't waste your time.
