Does not have his clients best interest. He allows opposing attorneys to do all the work then will tell you to accept the offer because it's the best you will get! I realized to late.. He doesn't even review the paperwork from opposing counsel. We trust the person we hire to guide us through the process, to fight for what's legally yours, to read the paperwork, check dates and verbiage, he doesn't do any of that!!! its not til after everything is signed that you realize he screwed you over big time. The absolute worst attorney ever!!!

This guy is a sleaze ball and a joke. Moisa was opposing counsel on a case. This guy reeks of unprofessionalism (who uses AOL email addresses for official businesss?). His office is not responsive (possibly a tactic to make you pile up attorney fees on your end), and communication between Moisa and his client (my opposing party) was lackluster at best. All in all, my attorneys threatened sanctions on multiple occasions in order to get this incompetent fool to submit documents into discovery. He hid behind the "my client hasn't produced this, but let me follow up" excuse. If you're seeking an attorney, RUN, don't walk, away from this sleaze ball. If you have the misfortune, as did I, of having him as opposing counsel, I wish you good luck.
