I hired Mr. David Brady at this law firm to handle a business collection issue for me. The debtor was not making regular payments on a stock redemption plan. I was very fearful of hiring an attorney, worried about exorbitant fees amounting to more than I could collect. I'm so happy I contacted Mr. Brady. He is very knowledgeable. He wrote a very effective letter to my debtor who then arranged to refinance his home to pay this debt in full. While the hourly rate was fairly expensive, Mr. Brady was very reasonable in the time he spent and billed me for, there was absolutely no padding of the bill. As soon as we were in the final phase of the payoff, Mr. Brady backed out of the picture and saved me a few more hours of billable time. I have a deep respect for him as an honest attorney. I would not hesitate to hire him again if necessary.
