A year before hiring Attorney Stephanie Story, I called her for advice. She was comforting and assured me that everything would be ok - but never pressured me into starting anything until I was ready. That meant the most to me because she did not make me feel like a potential client, but a person who she willingly could help in the unknown world of divorce court that would eventually come at me like a ton of bricks. She proved to be honest, highly knowledgeable about family law, and super responsive. With all thanks to Attorney Stephanie, she got me through a stressful time in my life with the best intentions for me and my children at heart. She never steered me wrong and even talked me out of making emotional decisions which resulted in a fair outcome for all the parties involved. With what I thought would have been an open and close divorce turned into a complicated process with multiple court visits, tons of legal forms and docs, and unfamiliar law jargon. I would have been lost without Attorney Stephanie. I was lucky to be referred to her and am happy to pass on my luck to anyone who needs her help. THANK YOU, STEPHANIE!

Save your time and money! This lady is a complete idiot. Wasted 6 months of my life and made my family case worst. She is bias and incapable to think for herself. Terrible at completing court orders, addressing concerns , and referred me to her friend therapist that wanted a $5k deposit for conjoint therapy. Stephanie is a scam artist and space cadet who plays nice during zoom meetings but switches the narrative in court hearings. An entire Fraud.

A little over a year ago I hired Stephanie Story and it was the absolute best decision I made. From the moment we sat down to strategize I can tell right away that she was devoted to Father's rights and made me feel confident about the results to both of my cases. What was important to me was that she believed in me. She fought hard to have my children returned to me after not being allowed to see or communicate with them by the other parent for the entire summer. There were moments when I thought I would never see my children again but Stephanie kept me informed and was very detailed and professional every one of our meetings, emails, and conversations. There is a stigma out there that family law courts and proceedings are unfair to Fathers. Well that was not the case for me with Stephanie by my side. She presented mountains of detailed evidence that made it undeniable, that the accusations made against me were absolutely false and that the other party was in fact a danger. Stephanie made "objection, hearsay" cool before Camille Vasquez ever did. The intensity she showed in court was driven by her years of expertise and passion for her work. My head still spins when I think about how my opposition was completely obliterated in court. The efforts and attention to detail Stephanie put into my case resulted in me being reunited with my children and awarded full physical custody and shared legal custody. I know the facts and details of every case can result in a different outcome but Stephanie will fight for your rights. She is absolutely brilliant and resourceful. I was completely broken last summer but Stephanie helped put me back together and made me whole again. She saved me, and more importantly she saved my children. I owe her a lifetime of gratitude. You cannot put a price tag on that. I can only hope that Fathers out there suffering what I went through or even worse put their case and their trust in this five star Attorney at Law. Thank you Stephanie. I am forever grateful. You have restored my faith and belief that Fathers have rights too.

Couldn't be happier with the results from MY attorney, Stephanie Story. We had a very communicative style in working together. So I have a few opinions as I read some of these reviews. Wether it's a doctor, barber/hairstylist, attorney, nutritionist, therapist, accountant or any other professional service it's a team effort. I knew what I wanted as an outcome in my divorce and I worked with my attorney to ensure that outcome was achieved as best as possible. I didn't solely rely on her to just defend me in my divorce, we brainstormed together as to what would be the best strategy for it. You can't go to any barber, for example, and be upset at a haircut that you weren't specific about. Most of us are intellectually lazy and then get mad because the hired professionals didn't read our minds. I would gladly recommend and refer anyone to Stephanie Story.

I was embarassed to call her my attorney. She had no problem collecting and spending my money, but she had every problem an amateur could have in litigating and resolving my child custody matter. Do not ever use this woman. Also, be sure to ask her how many times she had to take the California Bar Exam before finally passing it. You won't believe it until you hear it... Joke of an attorney.
