Stay away from this law firm. Especially Craig Livingston. He hires an investigator to collect facts on the case and doesn't pay him as agreed. A nice enough person while on the telephone and even in person but when it comes to paying for what he has asked the investigator to do, he puts him off for months and won't answer his phone. I don't recommend this firm. Read other posts on Yelp. They too have to chase him down to get paid or for him to do his job.
