My wife and I have found ourselves in need of various legal services over the years and experienced some less than favorable outcomes in choosing a law firm. Many times, we seemed to be strung along for additional costs for illogical reasons that didn't make sense after being quoted a set price. We also noted a lackluster effort in many cases. I was directly introduced to Dan Morgan at his office which was so different than having to be screened by legal aids or office staff. He intently listened to descriptions of our past dealings and assured me, those methods of conduct are prohibited in his firm. Dan impressed me as being honestly interested in a potential client. Daniel Morgan was recommended to me, but I was assigned to Moriya for my divorce. She was late to meet me at the courthouse and had no strategy whatsoever. She seemed afraid of the opposing party. You're better off representing yourself or spending your hard-earned money with a better attorney.
