They were hands down the most arrogant, ball dropping, unavailable law firm. Ben Helquist in particular was horrible, nearly costing my husband hundreds of thousands in lost dollars had we not caught his mis-steps and changed firms. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
I had a fantastic experience with Josh Roberts representing me in my workers comp case. Josh was really compassionate and funny, and he got me a settlement I'm happy with. I can't imagine having a better experience or outcome with another attorney.
The staff and it's physical building is warm and inviting. They're a block away from the Van Nuys courts. There's parking on the street (I prefer because of the angled spots...quick in and out), on their side lot and back lot. The historical building is gorgeous and it feels like a spa when you get in there. Excellent attorneys and firm. I love knowing that they defend our firefighters and making sure that they are being cared for. God bless them.
