I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Nader Nader. I hired him for what should have been a simple eviction case -- my tenant hadn't paid rent in over a year and had received proper notice back in 2023. Instead of resolving it efficiently, Nader Nader repeatedly delayed the process, missed deadlines, and failed to take decisive action. He forgot to submit important documents, causing the court to deny filings. He didn't object when the tenant kept asking for more time, and never brought in witnesses to expose the tenant's lies. Even the tenant's own attorney admitted in court that all the delays were caused by Nader. On top of that, he marked the wrong box on a key form, limiting my ability to sue the tenant to $35,000, even though I'm owed over $100,000 in damages. The situation became so bad that I had to hire a new attorney and pay again, just to get this simple hearing resolved -- something Nader Nader failed to do after many months of inaction. When I asked him to take responsibility and settle the damages he caused, he refused. In my opinion, this attorney was negligent, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. If you want a lawyer who will actually fight for you and protect your rights, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Attorney Nader consulted with my adult son and I (out-of-state attorney) about his landlord's unreasonable insistence that my son execute a 'Lease Amendment' releasing his co-tenant/roommate from liability for the rent and damages to the apartment after she voluntarily agreed to move out - leaving him exposed to liability for her mess! After patiently listening to the story, he offered pragmatic advice ("Don't sign it") and recommended that my son propose a "move-out-agreement" potentially beneficial to the landlord, my son and his co-tenant. He offered to step in if negotiations stalled but encouraged us first to advocate for ourselves. He exceeded my expectations and I trust he would be an effective negotiator for us if necessary.

I called to inquire about a potential claim from a motorcycle theft that occur at my apartment complex property. Nader pointed me in the right direction of small claims court of Van Nuys court east. Very helpful because I am a complete noob to this. Thank you Nader -Santiago C

We had a bad experience with the attorney PRIOR to Nader. I WISH we would have started with him in the first place! We are landlords with major tenant issues. The tenants were frivolously threatening lawsuit. We HIGHLY recommend him. Nader put our mind at ease by giving us the facts that the tenants had no grounds to sue us. He was very knowledgeable and explained in terms we could understand. Nader is pleasant and affordable. We intend to continue seeing him if issues arise.

Nader was extremely helpful in a sticky situation with my daughter and her landlord. He responded quickly to us with advice and tailoring the documents we needed. The result was resolved perfectly. I recommend him 100%.
