Worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. Does not give case updates or provide medical services promised.

This review is LONG overdue. My mom was represented by Steven at the law office of Gary Merkle and she was satisfied with the turnout of her case. Steven was professional, explained things clearly, patient, and got the job done. We appreciate his time and work and would highly recommend him.

I called the office while looking for help for a new case. My call was transferred to another office without giving me notice. The woman on the second office phone "Karla"/"Carla" was raising her voice and seemingly upset when I started asking which office she was at. Phone skills are something they can develop for a services business.
