I was originally recommended by Christopher J Lauria firm due to a slip and fall back in November. The contract was signed days after my fall and i was given a call days later from Patricia because she wanted further details on the fall she told me she would send me to Chiro immediately since i was picked up from the ambulance and taken to the hospital and was out for a couple weeks due to this incident (which she knew about) and all i did was wait for my appointment. I did not see the chiropractic till December a month later because Patricia never scheduled me as she said she would. Again it was only a bad case of a sprained ankle so...maybe my case never mattered to them as other cases would? Thankfully i found Patrick S Aguirre in Long Beach CA that has been nothing but good to me and he revised everything a month ago and advised me this firm had done nothing for me, mind you it's been since November that i fell so it has been a total of 8 months no communication, no nothing. When i asked for my file for Patrick (my new amazing attorney) to take on my case Patricia said they had just heard back from the state. A law suit was never filed nothing was ever done for me and if i would have never pushed it and pushed this firm i would have never seen the Orthopedic because Patricia kept going back and forth with my Chiro saying they needed to refer me over knowing that was not their JOB ! I waited several months as you can see. Had my first appointment with Ortho June 3 after asking her since March i was already done with Chiro and my foot was not OK !!! It saddens me that my case did not matter to them enough...the time frame of 6 months bypassed me we are now 8 months in and nothing was done. Negligence from Patricia and her team makes me feel like the doctors visits were useless like my pain was taken lightly because all i ever asked Patricia was for my ortho appointment for my foot to feel ok i later spoke to ortho because i was supposed to start my foot therapy and prp injections which were not ever given to me i waited and waited for approval until i got tired of waiting and decided to seek another attorney even @lynwoodhethcenter chiro tried to help me with another attorney because Patty never returned their calls or picked up the phone when called. I never listened because they were recommended to me by another person that takes his clients like a joke 1 star is too much of a rating for them. Thanks to them i don't have a case and it now needs to be appealed so THANKS PATTY !!!! Here i will post the dates, i will post my desperate need of wanting answers from other attorneys that had already explained to me on May 19 that my case was never FILED i would think these people with 5 star reviews are perhaps their own people or colleges i would not give this firm not even a 1 star
