To make matters worst, it was a brand new car, and during the period of the stress of the accident, I lost a grandparent; I can't stressed enough how supportive and considerate Lou was during this whole process. I'm not a proponent of writing reviews, but my experience with Lou Cutrone & Associates, warrants recognition of "excellence." In my situation, my car was totaled, so I knew I needed representation. Like many others, I thumbed through the litany of attorneys in the area but felt I was more of a DMV customer than a person with real concerns. My initial call with Lou, provided a piece of mind that he truly wanted to know the details of my case, but more importantly, his genuine concern about my well being.
