If you're lucky enough to find this law firm before you hire someone else do it. Or If you were referred here by someone else. These guys do the hard stuff that the other law firms don't want to do. Which means they're better at it and fight harder and earn their money. But one thing I've learned is that you have to be patient and let them do their work. One of the senior partners even advanced me some money when they got the first settlement check, Changing a simple settlement into a life-changing moment. Now, when I least expected it, they were able to get me three times the money for the under insured motorist at another life-changing Change moment in time, We had just lost part of our house to a small tornado in hurricane And had an opportunity for a new job their timing couldn't be any better! My mom had a fall in December 6 2023. Omega was representing her case. Then she was transferred to Bish and cutting. Waited 4 months with no solution. Then they dropped her case with no explanation. Though a government claim was filed against the county of san bernardino from Omega. There isn't one for the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Additionally, once the claim was filed, there is no law suit in the file. My mom has lost her statute of limitations and not able to solve her case. She is still recovering and not able to go back to work. And nothing she can do because of the malpractice. I do not recommend this office. Very unkind!!

I thought I left a review long ago! Mindy and Stacey and their entire staff are helpful, professional and excellent at what they do! Mindy represented me twice with car accidents several years ago that were both 100% the other parties' faults. She was great. If you want someone to sugar coat your situation or give you false hope, this is not the firm for you. They are realistic right from the first consultation and work hard for their clients.

I am a client of Bisch & Cutting. I have had nothing but the best experience with them. I want to personally say how helpful Cameren in Medical has been through this process. I am still currently awaiting my case to finish but the communication has been great and things seem to be moving fast. I want to also say Lindsey Voltz was extremely helpful as well.
