This office did complete my QRDO, but the process was frustrating. When I asked questions, I was often met with rudeness instead of clear explanations. I had to remind them to include our two Vanguard accounts, which were already on my intake sheet. At one point, Sarah even tried to charge me extra for those accounts and implied it was my mistake -- but after I pushed back, they did not end up charging me more. I also asked how the interest percentages were calculated, but she could not explain it. In fact, none of my questions were answered clearly by this office. I only made sense of the QRDO by using AI tools, which explained everything in detail -- including that the percentages followed the market rate at the time based on my portfolio. It's unfortunate when a client has to rely on outside tools to understand their own legal order. While the order was finalized, the lack of professionalism and support made an already stressful process harder than it needed to be. This QRDO attorney was chosen by my divorce attorney -- I had no say. If possible, spouses may want to work out a pension division agreement on their own to avoid the extra expense and stress of going through a QRDO attorney. The only positive part of my experience was that the two attorneys were courteous. But as others have noted, Sarah can take a month to reply, is often rude on the phone, and seemed very annoyed whenever I had questions about the draft.
