Jeanne represented my husband and I in a very complicated family matter. The first time I met with her, she made me feel comfortable; listening attentively as I explained the circumstances surrounding our unusual and complex case; she was patient and understanding. Jeanne always made time to answer any questions I might have, and met with me if I needed. She never made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of her time. She was consistent in keeping me updated on new developments and progress of our case; she always promptly returned my calls and replied to emails. She is knowledgeable in many areas of law but still researched or fact checked any subject she might question or need more information about. She always kept a friendly line of communication open with attorneys from the other side, assertive when necessary but never aggressive. I have not yet met Jeanne, but she has been so helpful, positive, and communicative by phone and email. Our family is very appreciative of her help while we get my uncle's estate settled.

Jeanne has been completely disorganized and unprofessional while representing my fathers estate with a family member. I would call with questions about items that were appraised, who the realtor was and a request for documents stating what has taken place. She never had any answers and always said she would email me things. I never received anything besides two documents. One that she was representing the estate and the other requesting to be removed. After receiving her notice by mail of her removal, I called with questions. Her assistant asked for my name and then told me she was busy and would call me back. I left a voicemail for her asking for a return call. A few minutes later her assistant called back stating she was no longer representing the estate and would not answer any questions . The assistant told me to go to the courthouse myself and review the file. Jeanne is unprofessional and insensitive especially when dealing with a family member of the deceased. Save your time and your money; find better representation elsewhere.
