I want to take this time to express my gratitude for the support given from Marshal R. Parks with Maurer Law firm. Marshal came onto my case later in the process. Adding a new person to my case made me a little nervous, however Marshal introduced himself, told me not to worry, and that he would take care of me. After speaking with Marshal, his calm and caring demeanor decreased any worries I had about him handling my case. Marshal picked up the ball and ran! Marshal was patient, and very transparent, as he explained in great deal how my case was progressing. I was involved in a terrible accident in Auburn, CA. I had a brand new car at the time, with less than 15000 miles on it. Because of this accident, I was left without a car, some serious injuries and confusion on what to do next. First interaction with Jordan is one I will never forget. Instead of asking me any details of the accident or trying to figure out who was at fault, Jordan simply asked me if I was OK and if I needed anything then told me he would check up on me over the next few days and to come talk to him when I could. Unlike other attorneys, he cared about my wellbeing and didn't look at me as a case but a human being. He cared more about the outcome of my MRI than how such money my case was potentially worth. You can't buy that type of service. Period. I can personally attest that Jordan knows the ins and outs of personal injury and is in your corner fighting for the best resolution possible. Jordan made sure that my health was taken care of and then fought for a settlement to cover my loss(car, time off work, injuries, etc). Overall, I cannot recommend Jordan enough to anyone. I obtained Maurer law by a referral. They were amazing to say the least ! Marshall and lyndsey are who I was in contact most with.
