I was referred to Willbanks and wood PLC and I am so thankful that I was. I had a very difficult case that they took on and it lasted for over a year. During the duration of my case they were awesome. Chad was so kind and helpful and was very mindful of my financial situation. Which I appreciated to the upmost. I got the privilege to work with Ali very closely. And let me tell you, he made my very stressful and difficult situation very easy and tolerable. Over the span of the case he dedicated extra hours of his time to me to help makes things clear and make sure I was making the best decisions possibles for myself. Ali worked tirelessly and was on top of everything that I needed during the year that we worked together. He was so amazing to work with so much so that it didn't feel like I was working with a stranger, but more like a friend. That is the type of experience you want to have when dealing with legal issues. Walking away from that situation I am happy that I went with Willbanks and Wood PLC because they are very professional and highly capable group of attorneys. A lot of law offices from what I've been told are about the money, but these guys honestly had my best interest at heart. I have been doing business with Attorney Wood for almost ten years through my nonprofit corporation. The staff calls me every year to schedule annual meeting and Attorney Wood meets with our Board Members directly. The office staff has always been professional, timely, and informative. I would trust all of my legal matters with Attorney Wood.

the moment I dealt with the office manager, I knew I would not want to be helped here reception office is very nice office manager is very unprofessional and rude when called to let her know that her office made a mistake doing an illegal serve to a minor , telling me it doesn't affect me although I was verbally assaulted when I had no business with the firm, they did not even serve the right address I was embarrassed in front of neighbors, when I let the server know she made a mistake she started laughing , saying yeah right and photographing me when calling the firm to let them know of the absurd behavior they defended this woman I am going to place a BBB report as well very unprofessional I also called the police, be better for your customers, customer service goes a far way and unfortunately the customer service manager and the company that they are using lack customer service awful service

Mean people. Super rude. I will not recommend these people to anyone.
