My car was in the shop for over a month combined and Nissan kept "fixing it", but they couldn't ever figure out what was wrong with it, and it kept leaving me stranded. As an attorney myself I know the important of keeping my client's informed as to what is happening with their case and what they can expect with the process. If I am too busy to take a call myself, I have fantastic support people who will always return or take a call. DON'T EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE THAT HERE....YOU CAN EMAIL, LEAVE MESSAGES, EVEN SETTLE YOUR CASE, and you WILL HEAR NADA FOR WEEKS AT A TIME! If it wasn't finally settled, I WOULD HAVE SWAPPED ATTORNEYS LONG AGO. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THROUGH OUT! UPDATE: Just informed that despite case settling END OF JUNE, probably won't be paid out until DECEMBER!! As a Personal Injury attorney I cannot fathom settling a client's case, waiting idly for over 30 days for a release from the defense ( we expect them within 5 days at most), and then telling my client they won't get paid for an additional FOUR MONTHS. These people were almost sanctioned for not making a court appearance on my case, then finally notified the court ONE date PRIOR TO THE date of sanction imposition that the case was settled. EVERYTHING DONE LAST MINUTE AND ONLY IF YOU NAG THEM TO DEATH! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

Horrible customer service They want you to do everything for them Also I had a rep by the name of Daniel Horrible Never sent any letters to the finance company so finance company ended up doing a repo on the vehicle be aware with these guys. I think they have fake reviews
